Regarding CDMA, I had a call with Tatara standards expert and also confirmed with Airvana - these are the two companies putting most into the CDMA standard. The voice features are in the X.S0059-400 specification, there are separate ones for data traffic which is already handled separately and has local breakout already. The list of 3GPP2 standards documents I referenced will be upissued as required for the 2011 release with additional/changed functionality. Compared with 3GPP, I think the 3GPP2 are more ready to adopt IMS architecture which is expected to be used for IP-PBX.
At the conference it was clear there is more interest in enterprise femto generally, especially that now there are more powerful/higher capacity femtocells available and proprietary features like grid femtocells (from Ubiquisys) are already available.
